Lori E. Jolly is an associate at Devlin & Parkinson. Joining the firm in February 2014, marked Lori’s return to the upstate of South Carolina after practicing in Atlanta for 15 years. In Georgia, Lori was an associate at Commander Pound Butler, LLP where her practice was focused on defending medical negligence claims. Prior to developing a medical negligence practice base, Lori worked in general litigation firms, in both Georgia and South Carolina, that represented people injured by defective products, automobile collisions, tractor-trailers collisions, and other catastrophic causes.
Lori represents healthcare professionals and facilities in relation to medical negligence claims. She represents governmental entities at the state and county level in a variety of litigation matters, including personal injury and insurance claims. Lori also represents victims of injury or death arising from defective products, automobile collisions, and other causes.
Having had the opportunity during her career to both represent injured individuals and to defend medical professionals, Lori has a perspective of the challenges that both sides of a lawsuit encounter. That perspective helps her guide her clients through the legal process.
Lori and her husband live in Spartanburg County, where they both grew-up. The Jollys enjoy attending sporting events, the theater and concerts, as well as traveling the world.
